We liked the overall style of the hotel. It was dark and medieval throughout the common areas. This was in keeping with the age of the building. We liked our large room overlooking the plaza and the church. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a heater when we were cold on our second night as only air conditioning available at the time of year late April. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Toiletries were well supplied. We loved the breakfasts. Great supply to suit all tastes. Also there was a good supply of gluten free products, on request, for my coeliac husband.

It is a short walk from the train station but a little hard to find as it also goes by the name of Garibaldi Blu and the name at the door is very understated. It is centrally located and an easy walk to the sights - Duomo, Academy Gallery, and Ufizzi. The breakfast was very nice and had a selection of Italian foods and pastries as well as eggs and bacon. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and spoke both Italian and English which was very helpful to us.

The location is very good, there is a restaurant downstairs, you can enjoy the night, the hurried people, the church and the square. You can quickly return to the hotel after the meal, and it is very safe. The room was quiet. The staff was very professional and made the check-in process very smooth. The room is also well cleaned. Breakfast was great! Breakfast was a real surprise.

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really nice. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony. It was a little hard to find my way to the lift first day but I managed to learn. I really liked the spaces, they matched the vibe of the city.

Excellent Breakfast. Close to everything....walking distance. Very quiet. Strong WIFI, could use Teams with Video. Shower had excellent pressure and temperature. Lots of places to eat and got a great recommendation from the hotel (La Martinicca).
